Payroll donation is a donation model that actively involves both the company and its employees. In practice, each employee can donate part of their salary (equivalent of one or more hours of work) to one or more selected non-profit Organisations.

It is therefore a method that allows employees to share their commitment to social issues with their employer.

This method creates a shared commitment between the company and its people, allowing everyone to support social causes together.

Employees (and collaborators, where applicable) can donate throughout the year. Donations can be one-off, recurring, or involve rounding down their payslip (“cent collection”). The donation is processed through Let’s Donation platform and forwarded to the selected Organisation, after being withheld directly by the employer from the employee’s salary starting from the indicated month.
